We have had a positive overall experience with WaSend: WhatsApp Marketing on our Shopify store. The onboarding process was smooth, and setting up triggers, message templates, and automation flows worked as expected without complications. If you are already familiar with Shopify Flow for email automation and have experience managing WhatsApp Manager via the Meta Business Suite, getting started with WaSend is straightforward and efficient. The app feels intuitive for users who understand these ecosystems and want reliable WhatsApp automation. While we did not require or didn't receive the reply from customer support during our setup, the self-serve configuration and automation capabilities were strong enough to complete our implementation successfully. One area for future improvement would be a more detailed and precise analytics dashboard, especially for tracking message performance, conversions, and automation effectiveness. This would add significant value in upcoming updates. Overall, WaSend has proven to be a stable and practical WhatsApp marketing solution for Shopify, and we look forward to seeing how the platform evolves.
