BEAWARE COZ THIS APP WHATSAPP BUSINESS BANNED MY NUMBER. THIS APP SPAM CUSTOMERS WHASTAPP NUMBER SEND REPEAT MESSAGE 50 IN 1 DAYS .WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED AS PER WHATSAPP GUIDLINES .SO THEY BANN MY NUMBER I HAVE CONTACT DEVELOPERS ABOUT THIS ISSUE BUT THEY NOT HELPED NOR THEY REPLIED TO MESSAGES

The apps functionality is really good but there are alot of bugs, disturbing the flow of order purchases and tracking. The team keeps promising that the issue is gonna get resolved but its a dead end

This app has been incredible for us as a business. It notifies all our clients step by step form placement of order right to the end when we dispatch with our couriers. The service support is amazing as they are available 24.7 and get back to you immediately. I would highly recommend this app to any shopify seller.
