Simple concept, useful features, and a convenient way to handle customer communication. I especially like the combination of WhatsApp chat and automated order messages for Shopify stores.
The abandoned checkout reminders are what caught my attention. Having order communication and customer follow-ups in one place can make the shopping experience smoother.
We wanted a simpler way to communicate with shoppers, and WhatsApp integration makes a lot of sense for that. The features are practical and fit well into everyday store management.
