Started using Hello24 for our WhatsApp automation. From abandoned carts to order updates, the setup was smooth and the interface is incredibly simple. It's made a huge impact on our store!

Extremely easy to setup the number! Entire flow was self serve 1. Whatsapp broadcast was easy to do 2. Chat studio is suoer helpful

La instale para probar, no me funciono y no se adapto a mi modelo de negocio, desintale la app y se me realizo el rebajo de los $40 dólares. Un completo robo.
The refund was automatically processed as per Shopify guidelines. Refunds are processed by Shopify. It takes a few working days to process it. We also shared the refund confirmation with the store owner once the refund was processed (within 7 working days) It is unfortunate that the store owner has left a negative review before the refund process could be completed.
