WhatsDesk is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to turn WhatsApp into a sales and support channel. It offers features such as a shared inbox, automations, campaigns, and AI capabilities. The app runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to ensure the safety of the user's number. Merchants can automate order, shipping, and abandoned-cart messages, send campaigns and scheduled messages, utilize AI for replies, sell in chat with a catalog and Flows, record voice notes, and more. Revenue attribution and opt-in/STOP compliance are also included in the app.
