Very Poor Experience I was charged for a subscription during a period when I did not use the app at all and had already deleted it. Despite clearly explaining this, customer support was slow to respond and completely unwilling to help or properly review my case. There was no real effort to resolve the issue — just quick refusals and no accountability. Charging customers for a service they didn’t use and then denying a refund is extremely unprofessional. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this app.

It's really a great app and a wonderful solution for small and big businesses, and they have a strong support team. I really like this app and I ask for some developments , but they told me that I don't need pay more because they will includ my requirements in the next update. They are honest.
