The orbit developers/support team has been crucial to our new site launch and setup! We have been so grateful for Kay and Alex’s help via email and chat. We received fast, thorough, and thoughtful replies + real solutions! I felt very reassured knowing I had a direct line as we prepped for a new site theme launch. Kay has also been super helpful in recommending other shopify apps to coordinate with our current suite to best meet our needs and just in making general shopify/ecommerce recommendations/sharing insights based on her experience. I felt confident in her expertise and So reassured! I have been impressed with the simplicity of this app and backend setup, I now utilize them as a metric of comparison when looking for new apps for our store.
