Still being charged after uninstalling app, which did not work for me.
Hello, All app charges are handled by Shopify automatically. We do not charge you directly. Shopify charged you on Apr 18, whereas the app was uninstalled later, on Apr 29. Please contact us. We will provide you with a refund. Best regards, Roman ITORIS support

I have another app that unfortunately stops this app from working correctly but Roman went above and beyond to resolve this for me when it was the other app causing the issue. I can now have both apps which is great. The app itself is easy to navigate and unlike most apps allows me to do volume pricing at variant level rather than just product level. I’ve downloaded 50+ apps and only 2 could set pricing at variant level - this is the better of the 2 apps. Thanks for all your help :)

Spent months looking for the right app that has all of the features that we are looking for. The app itself is versatile, with a wide array of customization that can be utilized without any additional coding required. Roman is excellent with the feedback and gave us all of the help in order to complete the initial setup. The app is the best out of all apps on shopify (we've tested them all) for wholesalers.
