So far this company has been tip-top. Our store has retail customers who will save 20%, 30% or 40% off many products. It was very easy to set up the customer specific discounts. Also, we have a few product quantity discounts, and they were easy to set up as well. If I had a problem, I contacted support through the chat. Every time, I was answered within minutes, and told the problem would be fixed. Later, I got an email, and the problem was fixed. I've only been with them for a short time, but so far for me, their support has been as good as you can find.
