We used Apptiv Tier & POS Discount for a seasonal promotion, and it worked perfectly. The app is reliable, user-friendly, and the team provided quick, effective support.

So far this company has been tip-top. Our store has retail customers who will save 20%, 30% or 40% off many products. It was very easy to set up the customer specific discounts. Also, we have a few product quantity discounts, and they were easy to set up as well. If I had a problem, I contacted support through the chat. Every time, I was answered within minutes, and told the problem would be fixed. Later, I got an email, and the problem was fixed. I've only been with them for a short time, but so far for me, their support has been as good as you can find.

This app works well and the customer service agents on the chat function are super helpful and quick to respond to help you with any issues you have or to guide you through how to use the app. Very impressed!

We’ve been using this app for over a year now, and honestly… it feels like cheating. All the discount features we ever wanted are packed into this one app. Wholesale pricing? Check. Tiered discounts? Check. POS magic? Double check. It’s like the swiss army knife of Shopify apps: but sharper. What makes it even better is the support team. Whenever we broke something (which, let’s be real, was totally our fault), they swooped in like superheroes and fixed it real fast. After trying way too many apps, this one easily wins the gold medal. One app to rule them all, and apparently, one app to make us stop paying for five others. Best app so far, no contest.

We’ve been using this app to manage custom member pricing for our variable SKUs directly in Shopify POS, and it has worked really well for our business needs. The flexibility to set up customized pricing tiers gave us exactly the solution we were looking for, something that Shopify’s native setup couldn’t handle. What stood out to us was the support team—whenever we encountered a critical issue, their response time was reasonably fast and effective, ensuring our operations were not disrupted. This is crucial since our POS is mission-critical for daily sales. Overall, the app has been a great addition to our Shopify toolkit. If you’re running wholesale, tiered, or member pricing and need it to work smoothly with POS, I’d definitely recommend giving this app a try.

They didn't do very good on the first time when help me setup the app.But fix the problem very soon. Considering how it fuction, I recommened to you. The Fuction hardly found from other apps, caculate the discounted price and showing them.

I installed the app to see if it would suit my needs, tried it for 2 hours, then uninstalled when I realized it's not what I'm looking for (or perhaps it would be but not on the basic plan, only on the pricier plan). After uninstalling, my site no longer displayed product quantities or sku's. Now I'm scrambling to figure out what this app did to my site and how to repair it. For a small business, this is crushing.

While they were good at first, they up and disappeared without any warning. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. NOT SURE IF YOU EVEN CAN. HORRIBLE way to treat a paying customer. +++++ ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW +++++++ As the manufacturer of the products we sell, I was looking for an app to help manage my distributors when entering orders and sending quotes. We don't do quantity discounts, we just have fixed discounts for our distributor tiers. The distributors have price lists. When we enter purchase orders from them, we can make the order in app, and then compare their pricing in our system to the pricing on their order, as a way to have a check and balance. This was the kind of solution I was looking for. The team was very responsive when I ran into issues. If you are a manufacturer, this is a great solution to help you with your distributors.
