Superb application, I am new..And I had all the support and help needed to configure the application..Friendly and very responsive person.. Aside from good customer service, the set up is not user friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and there are details, like requiring "tags" for set up that is not explained anywhere, including the help sections or FAQ. The app developer will respond to this review and say that is is user friendly - but trust me, it's not.
