We had an issue with images from Shopify being blurred when transferred to Wholster, but the support we received was faultless. Everything was handled by the team at Wholster and took all the stress away from us while they fixed it. They made everything easy for us.

Wholster has cut my data entry time and enabled me to process multiple orders in so little time. It's (mostly) intuitive and so easy to use with minimal guidance. but when I have needed assistance, they are prompt, human and easy to work with.

We recently installed Wholster to help with large volume orders. My experience when needing help has been great. They reply promptly and have gladly done video calls with me to help with installation and questions. I see past reviews complaining in regards to being directed to FAQs and video tutorials -that is very frustrating and I have experienced that with other providers. But not with Wholster. Seems as though they have improved in that area so I would not hesitate to try the app out!

Zac was incredibly gracious in taking my panic call and walking me through Wholster app. I needed to get 1 invoice sent to customer with multiple ship addresses and within the hour I was able to submit invoice! Thank you Zac again for all your help..I'm sure I'll be in touch again soon as I continue to learn all the other functions this app offers! Also an incredibly detailed doc with step by step instructions!

This app is working well for us so far, and is packed with helpful features like payments, sales rep access and java/css customization, but Zac and the support team have been exceptional! They are quick to respond, have had multiple demo calls with us about using the app and best practices, and have even made small tweaks so it functions better for us.
