Je suis vraiment surpris par le professionnalisme de l'équipe Wide Reviews, disponible en cas de problème, c'est leur priorité. Une application qui offre beaucoup de fonctionnalité. Vos avis sont placer à des endroits stratégique afin d'augmenter vos chances de vendre contrairement à d'autre appli… Je recommanderais WideReviews à mon entourage et j'équiperais mes futures boutiques avec WideReviews sans hésitation. La meilleure application pour les avis, je cherchais une où le design était top et en plus avec des avis en forme de "carrousel". On peut faire beaucoup de modifications, couleur des titres, police d'écriture,... Au top. Service client aussi top, j'ai des réponses assez rapidement :D

The app is fantastic. You can customize everything (or almost), very easy to learn and adapts to many theme builders present on Shopify. The top is that the customer support is very responsive and responds to your problems very quickly. thanks again

J'avais pendant des années une autre application pour les avis clients. Mais celle-ci est bien mieux, plusieurs possibilités de personnalisations. Et service client très rapide et à l'écoute de vos problèmes. J'en suis très satisfaite !

I've downloaded Widerview in order to replace loox. After little problems of size with my theme, the customer service was fast (10 min for the first answer a sunday), i've never seen that before. I highly recommand this app espacially reviews below the add to cart button :)

L'application est top, le rendu est bien et cela permet d'avoir un bon taux de transformation. Mes clients me disent j'ai vu l'avis sur votre produit. De plus le dev est friendly et annonce de belles améliorations qui combleront parfaitement mon besoin. Je recommande sincèrement cet app de review. L'app étant récente il peut il y avoir des bugs mais comme j'ai tendance à le dire le problème n'est pas le problème en soi mais la capacité du fournisseur à le régler et ça Mat le fait très bien.

J'ai testé pas mal d'application de review. I love this application. The support is really great. The other day I asked them if it was possible to add a function, within the hour it was done. I've tested a lot of Review applications, and this one is really my favorite

Super application, bon visuel, tout est paramétrable. Le service client est incroyablement réactif et disponible au moindre problème. Matthieu est venu à mon secours lorsque j'ai rencontré des difficultés pour mettre en place l'application sur mon site. Le prix est vraiment abordable comparé à d'autre application du même style. Je vous recommande cette application pour améliorer vos taux de conversion et vous démarquer de vos concurrents !

I wonder why this application has few users knowing that it does a better job than L00X associated with dropshipping and 3x cheaper than the BASIC offer of L00X which is no longer impactful.

This app really makes a difference, the reviews are ultra-purified and it really adds a professional feel to the store, not to mention the review feature under the add to cart button which reassures customers quickly. I recommend it 100%!

It's amazing how much better this review app is than any other I tried! I struggled to get reviews on the site even though we got messages, emails, etc thanking us for our excellent products. I connected WideReview and BAM! Now I have lots of reviews for nearly all of our products, more coming in daily! Amazing!
