Widerruf Manager

Widerruf Manager is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants manage customer returns and comply with EU consumer rights regulations. The app allows customers to submit their returns using a form directly on the shop, even without a customer account. Merchants can centrally manage all return requests in the dashboard, with each step being legally documented and automatic emails confirming receipt and status. The app offers flexibility in placing the return button in the theme and includes features like product selection, CSV/PDF export, webhooks, and text customization.
