At first they were unresponsive and this was extremely frustrating. But they did finally get back to me late in the evening, and were extremely helpful once in contact. The app definitely looks like it could be very beneficial if used to its potential. They still need to have some sort of documentation to show how to use the app so users are not just waiting to hear from them without any assistance. I hope they can fill this gap - they'll be a five star app when that happens. Thanks for your help WinAds!

I never knew I could segment audiences like this before. A friend recommended Winads to me and the support team here explained to me further exactly how to optimize everything. This has really been a game-changer for my Facebook ads strategy.

This app is amazing, it has improved my conversions! I use it to connect multiple pixels to my store and it makes creating look a like audiences and managing Facebook ads much, much easier! I would give it more stars if I could.

Everything related to Facebook pixels is simplified. I'm a happy customer and would recommend to any store owners who use Facebook ads to install Winads. Not only the app, but the support team is also just mindblowing! Very patient, very helpful and always reply promptly! I started to wonder whether they get to sleep :)

I'm still learning the app but the concept is vital in having multiple pixels and a center of valuable information to gather data about your potential customers. I was able to get a call with Danny and he was brilliant. Very informative call along with a friendly attitude. 1000% recommended.

This app is a wonderful tool if you need to run multiple pixels and everyone who understands why you might want to do that will love this app especially if you got confirmation from this review. Theyre customer service is great and there is never a problem reaching a real person and quickly.

Fantastic experience so far! I was having issues with the pixel integration on Shopify not tracking my Add to carts & Initiate checkouts properly; after hours spent trying to fix the problem editing code I downloaded WinAds & the problem was solved after 2 steps. Very, very highly recommend.

If not for Danny, I would have ended up using the app solely to have a FB Pixel backup. After he took his time to get on the call with me to explain the full functionality of the app as well as provided with some tips and strategies I was absolutely blown away for few days. I feel I would have missed out on GOLD if I did not get on the call to get to know the app and the people behind it. This app is a must have tool for any serious marketer. Needless to say, you will struggle to find a similar top notch customer service elsewhere!

Hey, guys, I run million dollar stores and this pixel tracker is amazing. It fires on time faster than any other pixel tracker. 100% more accurate than all the rest. You will show a sale in Shopify but not on your ads manager dashboard. Ever since I switched to Winads I get way better optimization with Winads. I hope you guys check it out. The customer service responds right away thanks to Danny!

The best app to get more pixels on your store. Events are different in my store other than a standard event and they work very well. My ads with these events are doing very well. Standard event my ads were on 2.7 roas and now with Showed interest and still thinking I am getting around 4 roas and it is getting even better. Booking the session for understanding the Winads was the best thing and it helped me understand what I was doing wrong and needed to do. Customer support is not just the customer support for the app but helps you in your marketing which I have not seen on any other app. Danny and Caspian have been amazing in guiding.

Can't install the app. Hanged up on the first step - the app couldn't find my FB pixel account. Support didn't reply in a chat UPD: It was only my fault - there were problems with FB account permissions. Luckily, support's helping (Caspian) was great. App is working perfectly!

Great app, I initially installed it because I needed an app to help me track several different niches within one store, but when I installed it, I found out that you can also create custom events that are not available in Facebook Business Manager. That makes it possible to build new LLAs with more meaningful events, which shold definitely increase your ROAS. Thanks to Danny for all of his help with setting up win ads and also the tips he gave me for running my ads more effectively. I was kind of sceptical when I saw all the positive reviews (I mean which app has only 5 stars?), but now I know why. If you are looking for an app to help you track different data within your store, or just want to increase your ROAS with Custom and Hyper Events, give this app a shot, you won't regret it.

Great product with a lot of options you won't find anywhere else. Some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond in order to help me set up my pixel and ads. can definitely recommend using this. -Mark

Danny is unreal. He was on the phone with me for OVER 1hr, then on the chat for OVER 1hr helping me with my set up. It is not because his set up is complicated, but an APP I previously installed in my store totally messed up my code. Danny took the time to find the error and taught me how to FIX IT... I mean... they should have 10 stars. I honestly have never experienced better customer service. Thank you Danny!!
