Our CS team was already doing a similar offer to our customers. Whenever a customer requests a return ,our team sends an email offering them an incentive to keep their items. The truth is whenever we get return items, 90% of the time we have to discard them because people return items in poor condition and usually without the packaging. Adding Win-Win to our stack has created a new option that customers are happy with and that reduces the returns headache for us. Highly recommend giving them a try. Was easy to set up too
