was using growave but i wasn't using the full suite and it was too expensive. switched over to bulk store credit and it's been a godsend

It no longer makes sense to use a dedicated loyalty app that tracks points. Bulk Store Credit is the only one that works well with Shopify's native crediting system. Because the store credit shows up automatically at checkout, we've had way less support issues to deal with regarding store credit/points confusion

The display in the header bar is a really nice touch

I had a small issue getting my display set up and their team jumped in and got it sorted out within a day.

Ok. I give out seasonal gift cards and last year.. it took weeks to do this manually. This is pretty straight forward. The only issue i had so far, is that it doesn't like massive (5k+) customer spreadsheets... so i broke it down to smaller amounts. Works like a charm. Update on 07/16/26 - Thank you to the developer for replying. 200k uploads would be awesome!! Best of luck during implementation

The only app that lets you use a csv file to issue store credit to customers. We wanted to offer different amounts of store credit to hundreds of customers based on their previous spend, and this app was the perfect tool for it. Works seamlessly and great customer service too. Highly recommend

Tip: Make sure you've updated to the latest version of your theme. I was initially having trouble with the placement of the store credit icon, but I chatted with their support rep who was very helpful and the solution was very easy. Just had to make sure my store theme was updated to its latest version. (I'm using Dawn)
