Winehub seamed when we were first shown it to be the system we had been missing. A custom app designed for the wine industry by the wine industry which is something we hadn't come across yet. So 3 months ago we made the jump and moved across to the Winehub platform and we haven't looked back since. The level of customer service and help has been outstanding no question has been to big or small for the team and we have really noticed having Australian based support compared to overseas support. If you are looking for a system that is built with wine clubs and customer service in mind then this is the system for you. Ben and the team are amazing would recommend 100 times over.

I recommend WineHub Commerce for any winery in search of a reliable wine club management solution. This platform stands out for its intuitive design and seamless navigation, catering to both wine club managers on the backend and customers during the signup process. It is more user-friendly in handling customer contracts which markedly surpasses previous software we've used, and its direct integration with Shopify simplifies product information management by centralizing updates in a single location.

There are no other Shopify apps that we reviewed that had the same scope and depth of functionality as Winehub. We've only just completed our migration, but we've found the team incredibly helpful and very responsive to our feedback. We're looking forward to further growing our wine clubs and introducing a loyalty program using the new functionality we have available to us.
