Customisable. Adaptable. Intuitive. Set up was a breeze: We spent longer setting up our new booking platform than our winehub system. The process was easy and internal staff built our club offering thanks to a "getting started" checklist provided by Wine Hub, the onboarding was simple. It was easy to integrate with Klayvio so our club comms have our branding and style, but processed through winehub. Sales outcomes: The Loyalty + Sign Up Offer formats have already increased avg Cart size. Our sign up rate has also increased. The time it takes to sign up a new member is also quicker. Updating system / admin: The system is so easy to update vintages, even building new clubs is a breeze. The integration of shopify products makes this process easy and intuitive. Easy to use. Setting up Winehub has been a great experience—everything has been smooth, and the support from Ben, Matt, Jay, and the team has been fantastic. We haven’t processed our first wine club yet, but so far, the system is easy to use, and we’re excited to explore more of its features. We researched a lot of wine club platforms, and this is by far the best on the market right now. The team has built custom features to suit our needs, helped with migration, and made the transition from our old system seamless. The Branded Agency installed and setup the WineHub app for our online store www.casaloce.com we tried Commerce 7 prior to using this and found it to be dated, hard to use and with WinHub we've been able to easily setup and buildout a loyalty program, setup allocations and we can't recommend it or The Branded Agency more!

Winehub seamed when we were first shown it to be the system we had been missing. A custom app designed for the wine industry by the wine industry which is something we hadn't come across yet. So 3 months ago we made the jump and moved across to the Winehub platform and we haven't looked back since. The level of customer service and help has been outstanding no question has been to big or small for the team and we have really noticed having Australian based support compared to overseas support. If you are looking for a system that is built with wine clubs and customer service in mind then this is the system for you. Ben and the team are amazing would recommend 100 times over.

We've only just completed our migration, but we've found the team incredibly helpful and very responsive to our feedback. Ben, Matt and the team have been wonderful to work with. They assisted us in migrating over 1000 existing members from our previous wine club system that utilised WooCommerce, I'm happy to say that the migration went smoothly and any issues that arose were quickly dealt with by the Winehub team.
