I noticed that you emailed us on November 4th at 12:49 PM, and our support team replied 21 minutes later, at 1:10 PM, confirming a full refund for that charge. However, I was surprised to see that you chose to leave the review review while I was waiting for your response to the technical question I asked two days ago while investigating the issue for you, as I wanted to ensure that a technical collision is not the cause of it.
