Sorry to hear about your experience! It seems the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled 1 month and 2 days after starting your trial (installed Dec 18th, uninstalled Jan 20th). I was satisfied with the app up until I tried to cancel my subscription. I was told that my subscription will cancel once I uninstalled the app which I did. However, I am still being charged for service. UPDATE: After getting in contact with the company, they have not only refunded me for the subscription but they have also cancelled the subscription as well. Thank you

I completely understand your concern regarding the charge after uninstalling the app. Just to clarify, when an app is removed mid-billing cycle, Shopify automatically processes any outstanding charges before fully canceling the subscription.
