I was satisfied with the app up until I tried to cancel my subscription. I was told that my subscription will cancel once I uninstalled the app which I did. However, I am still being charged for service. UPDATE: After getting in contact with the company, they have not only refunded me for the subscription but they have also cancelled the subscription as well. Thank you

I completely understand your concern regarding the charge after uninstalling the app. Just to clarify, when an app is removed mid-billing cycle, Shopify automatically processes any outstanding charges before fully canceling the subscription. Very good app, very easy to setup. I went for the yearly plan, and I can schedule effects for special dates that activate automatically. I really needed this app!

Had a small hiccup during setup but we contacted the support team and they fixed it right away! Good customer service! The app is very easy to use and helps you create the right mood for the season! There are so many falling effects to choose from. You can add small tags and banners to the corners of the website and also you can add string bulb lights. Changes the aura of your website! Thanks for this cool app!
