해외 발송을 배송사 사이트에서 직접 접수하다가 와이즈커머스 크로스보더를 사용해보니 정말 너무 감동입니다. 많은 시간이 소요되었던 상업송장 작성이나 배송사에 몇 번이고 틀리지 않았는지 확인하며 하나하나 주문을 접수하던 방법에서 벗어나서 , 같은 업무시간에 더 많은 일들을 처리할 수 있게 되었습니다. 해외 발송을 직접 처리하면서 겪었던 불편한 부분들을 어쩜 그렇게 다 알고 갖춰두었는지 정말 사용하기 너무 좋고 편리한 앱입니다. 잘 모르는 부분은 채팅 문의로 연락드렸더니 금방 해결해주셨어요. 주변에 많이 많이 추천할 생각입니다. 이런 편리하고 좋은 앱을 만들어주셔서 감사합니다!

기능은 훌륭한데, 추가로 쇼핑몰을 연동하려면 비용이 좀 더 들더라구요. 가격 정책이 조금 더 유연했으면 좋겠어요. 특히 중소기업에게는 부담스러울 수 있습니다. 그래도 전반적으로는 만족스러운 서비스입니다.
