I was very unlucky with this application. I had a problem with the extension from the very beginning. The extension starts importing reviews and eventually throws an error. I tried to solve this problem with the help of an assistant. I corresponded for almost a week both in the application and by e-mail, but I got a completely incompetent assistant JAYDEN. He didn't solve this problem within a week. Even though I sent both screenshots and videos. This individual JAYDEN didn't even consider it necessary to respond to the last message. Thank you for the worst cooperation of the week.

Super easy to set up and works exactly as promised! I was able to import all my product reviews quickly, and the interface is very intuitive. I had some trouble installing it manually, but the support team (Codex Apps) jumped in right away, sent a collaboration request, and got everything running perfectly. Excellent app and fantastic customer service — highly recommended!

It's good and easy to use but their emails for collecting reviews are just not as inviting as other apps are. when someone gets an email asking for a review he gets sent to the product page instead of writing the review from the email, or at least be sent to somewhere he can actually write the review. it's just makes things harder for the customers...

This is our second time using Wise Reviews; as we have multiple stores, and we have had a very good experience from day one. Everything is simple and easy to understand. What we do not like however, is that all these app companies keep forcing their applications to send emails via their own domain; which we absolutely hate and it's the one feature that will make us decide uninstalling. Disappointed that sending emails via our own domain is not added as default.

The app has worked great for me. I did have a problem one time when it wasn't connecting to Etsy, and they fixed it for me in a few hours. Definitely recommend.
