Initially 5-stars but their app is very buggy and can't send review requests without coming out as spam.. support hasn't been helpful unfortunately
Hi there! We checked your account, and you are now using your own domain to send emails. Do you still encounter the issue? Using your own domain should fix the issue.
Easy to use, good for the money. Most importantly, support responds immediately and is helpful.
I can edit all kinds of comments freely, with pictures, it looks like the comments are more real and effective.
We had an amazing experience with WiseReviews. Their customer service was excellent - responding within 24 hours and going above and beyond to make a custom change to our website that we quite honestly did not think was possible. The level of support and technical expertise they provided was brilliant. Highly recommend!
Very Good App its Help me and Good Support
I was looking for an app that would let me import reviews from Etsy and this worked perfectly. I had one question and it was answered by support quickly. My reviews were on my website in under 10 minutes, highly recommend!

Works great. Ratings show on the main page, and detail reviews are on the listing page now. Customer service also has a quick response.
No longer auto import review from shopee. and even with extension there will be double entry.
