They are extremely helpful to any questions and I love the app. It’s only 4 stars because sometimes as in right now the app does not work on my end it keeps saying “link invalid “ when all I do is copy and paste the link it’s pretty annoying idk if there’s an update need to be made or what. For the past 3 days i couldnt use the app on my phone nor my laptop

Update: It seems like they actually do have an option of adding reviews manually. Thus, this issue has been solved. I'd been looking for a decent-looking and usage-friendly reviews app featuring a reviews-importing function that allows you to import reviews not only from Amazon or Aliexpress, but also from Temu and several other platforms. And this app my friend is doing all this perfectly and quickly. Plus the free version allows you to import up to 100 reviews, unlike other apps. So I'm definitely going to upgrade my plan because of its convenience. Though after all the lovely features, I wish it was also possible to add reviews manually.

This app is easy to install and configure, and it works well. There are options to help match your theme branding. Tech support was very prompt in helping me with an enhancement and it works perfectly. Import of historic reviews from Etsy is quick and easy, for both product level reviews and shop reviews.

This app is a lifesaver when trying to build up a shopify store. We were able to import reviews from our other sales channels in order to provide customers with more confidence in making a purchase. Customer service is stellar!

This is a great smart app! I am glad I found it. And the customer support is superb! I reported a glitch to them, and Jayden was eager to get on top of it. He fixed the issue right on the spot for me! Kudos to them!
