I tried other review apps before arriving with this one. WiseReviews is MUCH easier to use than alternatives and the support is second to none. Any issues are alerted to the support team and they offer immediate support to resolve the issue. Easy to use, easy to import, easy to feature reviews, easy to use widgets. You won't regret this choice.

Great app for small businesses, understanding support. I realized that the app is good for people who have a smaller business, but have room to grow. Update: I asked them to remove the code from my theme, and they said the code was removed, I was thankful for understanding, but recently I've found out that the code was not removed and was required to put additional time and effort to remove the code.

5 Stars is not enough. Jayden was so precious. She made a review page for me which is simply awesome. Also gave me a lot of tips. Really helpful since I'm a beginner here. I have the free plan yet and it works great. If you have more than 100 reviews to import, like me, the standard plan is probably the best choice. I'm going to try it.

Just brilliant.. I wish I knew about this before, seamlessly imported reviews from other platforms. Had some issues during widget install at the beginning, but the chat support was just outstanding, nicely fixed all issues remotely in the backend by support person Jayden. Thanks a lot Jayden for all your help !

Just installed the app and it has everything I was hoping for and more. On top of all the amazing feature, when I ran into a problem installing one of the widgets, to my surprise, the chat turned out to have a real person on the other side who fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. Amazing!
