Just brilliant.. I wish I knew about this before, seamlessly imported reviews from other platforms. Had some issues during widget install at the beginning, but the chat support was just outstanding, nicely fixed all issues remotely in the backend by support person Jayden. Thanks a lot Jayden for all your help !

Just installed the app and it has everything I was hoping for and more. On top of all the amazing feature, when I ran into a problem installing one of the widgets, to my surprise, the chat turned out to have a real person on the other side who fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. Amazing!

I am absolutely blown away by this app, and even more so by Jayden with such fast, clear, comprehensive assistance. The app was installed by me with the utmost ease. The only issue was that all my products are unique, so I think there was a small challenge in the system finding matches for reviews. Jayden got in touch with me immediately, on his own initiative, and while I went grocery shopping he fixed everything up just exactly the way I wanted it to look. So great! I can not express how excellent this app is (I used it to pull reviews from Etsy), and how exceptional the customer support is. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very good performing app, you can import your reviews from other marketplaces in just a few clicks, it is very fast and has a neat widget that perfectly integrates even with custom themes. Support is very responsive and helpful

I have changed my views over the last 10 months considering the utility and support offered by the wise reviews team. I am happy with their product.

The reason behind requesting the deletion of downloaded reviews when switching to the free plan is related to the costs associated with maintaining the server and database infrastructure that stores the reviews. As a company, we incur ongoing expenses to ensure the availability and accessibility of the reviews for our users. While you have paid for and downloaded the reviews for a specific period, transitioning to the free plan requires us to free up server space and resources for other users. By deleting the previously downloaded reviews, we can allocate those resources to new users who may be interested in accessing those reviews. We understand that this may seem inconvenient, and we apologize for any confusion. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our app and service. awesome customer service , replies pretty quickly when online. great app! reviews for an e-commerce store is mandatory and this pretty much solves the issue of us having to re-harvest reviews that we already have on another platform!

Best customer service I've ever seen. Within a minute of contacting him about installing this app, he replied and had it working on my site within 5 minutes. It works perfectly now and exactly what I was looking for!

I'd give this 6 stars if I could! I was struggling to get the reviews to upload to my website because of some coding I had done and Jayden could not have been more helpful! He responded within minutes then spent over an hour helping me. My website now looks fab and I am so excited to have my Etsy reviews featured. Thank you again!!

Would give 5more stars if i could. this app is really SOOOO GOOD!! so easy to import reviews from other platforms, and to customise the view on our store. it is very seamless with our storefront and ive already installed it on 2 of my shopify stores. frontend and backend are both very easy to navigate. the support staff is also very quick to respond and work on features. they've already implemented a feature i requested and they are also working on many new features so give them a shot!
