The team responds very quickly to questions and suggestions. I particularly appreciate the ability to sync reviews across multiple Shopify stores. While I find the Pro plan a bit pricey, I believe the order limit in the Essential plan should be increased to 300-500 orders, ensuring only larger shops fall into this category. For those shops, the cost of the Pro plan offers a good ROI.
