Listr: Wishlist + Reminder

THE WORST !!! Its been a week already since i asked for support to help me fix some things that are not working in the app , they answered the 1st day i sent a message and after that never again, i have sent 4 emails already as a reminder i am getting no reply at all. i can say this is the worst customer experience ever & i would never recommend this to my worst enemy :)

Nice plugin and support is on top of things when we have questions or need some adjustments. Very happy with this system.

Can't share because you can't click to open your own facebook page. If you can't share the desired products on your social media, then this losses its main essence.

When instead of a Heart you select a Text Link (Add to Wish List) in product detail, when a product is already in wish list the text Added to Wish List does not display properly. The app only works properly if you select a Heart as an icon for the Add to Wish List

If the wishlist gets into the hundreds it won't load anymore for the customer. Customer support doesn't bother replying. Don't use this app.

I had some problems with installation, but support helped me and now everything works perfectly. Thank you.

Really love this app, the price, and the customer service. They were quick to respond and fix my problem when I couldn't get the app to work with my new theme. I am just having a little trouble with load times when you click on the favorite button it takes awhile for it to load. Other than that, great app!

LOVE this app! Had trouble integrating and emailed them around midnight. Had already gotten a response within minutes, and woke up to the new feature already up and running the next morning! So impressed! Been playing around with the app through a mock customer account and loving it! I also love that its affordable! We couldn't justify paying $19-$99/month on a feature we didn't even know whether it would have a good ROI, so thank you for keeping the cost low for small businesses! Tons of customers had requested this feature, so excited to now be able to offer it! A++++! If I could give it more stars, I would! :)

Is there a way to contact the maker of this? I installed everything and the heart is not adding anything to the wish list when I click on it. I can find no phone number of help section in the app. Please help or I'll just uninstall. Thank you.

Great app! Was able to figure out how to add the heart icon, but couldn't get the navigation bar up (I have absolutely no experience with code), so I emailed the developer and he had it up and running by the next day. Great support, fast friendly and effective!

So far so good! The support team was excellent and very quick to respond. They helped with installation and everything seems to work perfectly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I can't seem to customize the automated emails and the Share wishlist by Email page - all are very off brand for us. Otherwise, it's a great product!

This is one of those apps that really works as advertised. Within just 1 day I have 44 customers who have created a wishlist, and in the reports it shows the customer and their wishlist. As the app collects more data, I think the product report will be invaluable for marketing. It shows how many times a product has been added to the wishlist and you can sort the list up or down to see which are the most often added products. In addition I needed a few small modifications to the code as my theme is highly customized. These involved changing the position and layout of the wishlist slightly, and Jaron at Shopiapps made these changes within hours. Overall a 5 star company with a 5 star app and service.
