導入前はどの商品が注目されているのか分かりづらいのが悩みでしたが、設置も簡単で、すぐに使い始められました。 特にお気に入り数が表示されることで「人気が見える化」され、お客様の回遊や購入の後押しにつながっていると感じています。 MAを導入するのに、お気に入り数が重要な指標となり、施策判断にも活用できていて重宝します。
