What a support, the support team should get a raise. The app is very good indeed however I had to get a few things implemented which the support team helped with and on priority and very promptly.

The wishlist function is fine, but every time someone orders from their wishlist, it adds several unnecessary line items to the order and will show up in the packing list. Support says they can't remove these line items because it tracks analytics for the app. Having to manually delete these line items from the order is time consuming.
I’m really sorry for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. We truly appreciate your time and want to make things right for you. These properties help track orders and revenue analytics, and as we mentioned earlier, they can definitely be removed. However, this change will only apply to new orders, while existing ones need to be updated manually. If you can share a list of affected orders, we’ll take care of it for you through coding. We also explained this in our second response, but we noticed a review was posted before we had the chance to fully assist you. We genuinely value your experience and would love the opportunity to make this right. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed—we're happy to help in any way we can! Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
