1. Slow customer support response,I have waited more than two days for a response, and customer service has not yet responded after I asked another query. 2.Extremely cumbersome to set up and requiring knowledge of the code; you must manually alter the code when adding buttons to cart and collections,They don't have any detailed instructions, only one sentence:”Kindly open the cart.liquid* file and paste following code to desired position“, how do I know where is desired position?I checked all the instructions but couldn't find where is this.I then tried to contact customer service and it took two days for them to reply. 3.This app will greatly damage SEO,He will generate a lot of 403 Error Responses,just like Paywalls,20% of traffic was lost within a week of installing the app.Once you install this app on your website, Google may believe that your website is a paywall because it will return a large number of 403 error responses, causing your ranking to decline significantly.

I’ve been searching for a wishlist app for the longest time before I can’t across Wishlist Engine. The Script Engine team was prompt with their responses and assisted with all that I needed to integrate the app on my storefront. The wishlist feature adds character to the store and I’m glad the could offer exactly what I was looking for.

The perfect app looks great, easy to install. Excellent customer service had some issues with adding a button for products. Send them a message, and they fixed it for me very fast. They had helped me with one of my theme customization problems too. Very happy.

So far, it's great! I couldn't get the code to install properly on my end and they did it all for me within 1 day, as well as made updated to the placement of the heart button on the photos. They have been super helpful so far, and it seems to be functioning perfectly.

Very smooth out of the box set up - I had one issue with the styling of the button (very specific look to this website), so reached out to the support team and they fixed it same day. Overall very happy with this app and would recommend!

I was looking for a good wishlist app with a reasonable price for the last 3 years. I've tried different solutions and couldn't find the best app until I found Wishlist Engine. As my sites are new and don't have many sales. I think it's a good idea to pay when the app is helping to make enough money to cover my cost. After installation, I got support real quick and professionally. I think their price and pricing structure is very reasonable too. I've installed them on all four of my stores now. I highly recommend this app if you want to make your client's life easier and make more sales. Good job.

The developers went on immediately and set everything up for me. The app looks clean and straightforward to use on the site. Would be nice to be able to edit the header icon to be in brand colours but not that important. I think I used another app in the past that saved favourites even for guest users so that would be nice too if possible.
