Initially, we encountered a widget issue, and the support from Yomna was quick and helpful. Based on that experience, we were asked to leave a review — which we did in good faith. However, shortly after, another issue occurred, and we’ve reached out multiple times with no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly disappointing to see that after receiving a positive review, the support has completely disappeared. This shows a serious lack of commitment to long-term customer care. If support is only available in exchange for good reviews, that’s not trustworthy service. Very disappointed.
