I installed and tested the Wismo – AI Customer Support Bot and overall had a very positive experience. The installation process was simple and quick, and the AI chat widget integrates nicely with the storefront without affecting the store design or performance. During my testing, the AI assistant was able to respond to common customer questions such as order status, shipping details, and store policies. This is very useful for Shopify merchants because many support requests are repetitive, and automating these responses can save a lot of time for store owners and support teams. Another helpful feature is the automatic ticket creation when the AI cannot fully resolve a customer request.
