Workflow Forms

Workflow Forms is a Shopify App that provides custom storefront forms and popups to start Flow workflows. Users can collect leads, wholesale requests, and signups, automate follow-ups for each submission, and build forms with a library of reusable fields. The app offers features like show-if conditions, multi-step pages, theme block display, popup options, and direct link pages. Each submission triggers Shopify Flow actions, allowing users to tag customers, create draft orders, send emails, and more. Additional features include spam filtering, CSV export, and translations. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze right now.
