Be careful: This is awful! Bundles doesn't work with this app. It seems I’ve lost quite a few orders because of this, trusting the app too much. The developers from Rapi helped me realize this, but by then, it was too late. All the advertising about AI is a lie. They simply reuse data already analyzed by Shopify to make suggestions. They should just say exactly what they can do and learn to be more honest with customers! They are collecting a lot of personal data from the store, including the IP addresses of my home and my office, claiming it’s for AI analysis purposes. Both Shopify and they refuse to take responsibility if this data falls into the wrong hands. I wonder why they need this information. Is my personal data being used for free to teach their AI? Once again, I advise you to think carefully before using any app on Shopify.

I’m very satisfied with this app! It meets all my requirements and performs exactly as expected. The user interface is intuitive and efficient. On top of that, the customer support team is doing a great job. responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very friendly customer service representatives. The app is amazing and does everything that I need for my store with easy customization options! I had noticed some small bugs that I flagged in which they responded within 5 minutes and both bugs were fixed within an hour! Very responsive customer service team members whom solved the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend this app for your Shopify Store!
