XB: Sticky Add to Cart Upsell is an excellent Shopify app that offers many features while being very well designed in terms of ease of use. I’ve tried several, and this is the one that convinced me the most. I had a great conversation with Steve from the support team, who impressed me with his availability and professionalism. The result is spectacular. Thanks again!

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I must say it works flawlessly! The features are well-designed, user-friendly, and deliver exactly what they promise. Be careful: This is awful! Bundles doesn't work with this app. It seems I’ve lost quite a few orders because of this, trusting the app too much. The developers from Rapi helped me realize this, but by then, it was too late. All the advertising about AI is a lie. They simply reuse data already analyzed by Shopify to make suggestions. They should just say exactly what they can do and learn to be more honest with customers! They are collecting a lot of personal data from the store, including the IP addresses of my home and my office, claiming it’s for AI analysis purposes. Both Shopify and they refuse to take responsibility if this data falls into the wrong hands. I wonder why they need this information. Is my personal data being used for free to teach their AI? Once again, I advise you to think carefully before using any app on Shopify.

I’m very satisfied with this app! It meets all my requirements and performs exactly as expected. The user interface is intuitive and efficient. On top of that, the customer support team is doing a great job. responsive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very friendly customer service representatives. The app is amazing and does everything that I need for my store with easy customization options! I had noticed some small bugs that I flagged in which they responded within 5 minutes and both bugs were fixed within an hour! Very responsive customer service team members whom solved the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend this app for your Shopify Store!

L'app è molto semplice ed intuitiva, ero alla ricerca di semplificare il mio carrello, rendendolo facile e veloce da consultare. Per motivi di layout ho contattato l'assistenza che si è dimostrata veloce e cortese. Un grazie a Dean per l'assistenza fornitami. Attualmente l'app è gratuita e per le funzionalità che ha, vale molto di più di molte altre a pagamento. App consigliata!

We are in the process of launching our store. Just added the app on our store. There were no bugs at all and the integration was seamless. Didn't need any customer support at all. Hope the app works well after we launch as well. Will provide an update after we launch!
