I decided to try out this app looking for a chatbot for my website and I had a really positive experience with this app! The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and get things done quickly. When I ran into a small issue, I reached out to customer support and was blown away by how helpful and friendly they were. Geetansh, in particular, went above and beyond—he not only resolved my problem quickly but also made the whole interaction enjoyable with his great sense of humor. It's rare to get both excellent customer service and a good laugh in one go! Overall, I highly recommend this app for both its ease of use and stellar support team.

I was really eager to install an AI chatbot and came across this app. Geetansh was amazing! He helped me in so many ways. As a Shopify store owner, I haven't seen any other app that focuses on future development like this one. They’re offering a fantastic free service while aiming for growth. L'app è interamente basata su AI e trainata per ecommerce consumer: legge automaticamente dal catalogo e risponde agli utenti dando suggerimenti e link ai prodotti. Geetansh del supporto è stato gentilissimo con alcune customizzazioni di base e con l'onboarding. Essendo tutto automatizzato, non richiede quasi nessun setup al netto di alcuni messaggi di benvenuto di base e di logo e colori. Provatela finché è gratis!

This AI Chat Bot is by far the best I have come across on the Shopify App store and believe me I had tried a few! This bot is very easy to use, easy to set up and I'm delighted with how personal i've been able to make it for my store. The options available are fantastic and its very easy and straightforward to set up the work flows and train the bot about my store, products, policies and business. The app is very reliable, streamlines communication for my customers and is powerful in its learning and knowledge capabilities. I am over the moon with how quick the bot is and that its very easy to manage through the dashboard. I did have a few questions which the support team answered very quickly and they gave me a wealth of knowledge on how to get the best out of my bot. This app and bot are a game changer for my store and I have no hesitation whatsover in recommending this app and bot. The whole system and team behind it are phenomenal. I look forward to having this bot for a long time to come.
