UniHop review for Xena: Live Support Inbox w/ AI

WOW. This app is insanely powerful if you use it right. The team behind Xena is incredibly attentive to details and works really fast. There isn't a day that I open the app where there isn't something new or a small bug that is already fixed. Any time I have an issue, no matter how little it is, the team is on-top of it immediately and has a solution within 24hours. Excited to continue working with Geetansh and the rest of the team to improve the way our support is automated without missing out on servicing our customers in a personalized and non-static fashion. They have so much planned to make this app even better than it is now, never a better time to get started now!
