XFlow Back in Stock Alert

We’ve been using XFlow Back in Stock Automation and it’s been a great addition to our Shopify store. Setup was quick and easy, and the automated back-in-stock emails help us recover sales we would have otherwise missed. The customization options make it easy to match our brand, and the automation runs smoothly without requiring constant attention. Highly recommend for any store looking to capture demand and improve customer experience!

Setup help from the team was good, no complaints there. The problem is the business model: I installed this because of the Free plan, spent time getting it running, and then the free tier was cut and my back-in-stock emails stopped until I upgrade. That's not a free plan, that's a trial with extra steps. I'd suggest looking for an app that is upfront about its pricing from day one.

Nice looking replacement for the prior tool from FoxKit. Very happy that the team took care of the migration for me. It made the implementation much easier.

We tried several stock alert apps before settling for XFlow. It has all the features we were looking for, friendly interface + responsive support team.

Great app and ticks all the boxes. We can have the button on collection pages and the emails are sent from our own domain. The migration from the previous app we were using was seamless and the support helped to integrate it with our theme.

App meets my needs, I have some requirements, but developers told, that they will update me, when its available.

This is a really good app for ''back in stock'' alerts. I installed it recently and i saw that i made a lot of sales, and the really cool thing is that you see what people are subscribing on, so you actually which products are hot, and which are less, gives me free insight. Also you can fully customise the layout and look of the app. I also want to personally thank the team, since its the same team that made Foxify, the site builder, and all i can say is that i am currently crushing it with them! over 2 million in sales, in less than 9 months since I opened!

Super easy to use and helpful

Easy to use software, great at managing our inflows and outflows for stock and being able to have custom tailored content with emails/socials tailored to specific customers is helpful and converts much more than just regular type content.

XFlow has been a lifesaver for us. We have a lot of SKU's to manage in our warehouse and frequently experience temporary product outages. We also have a number of pre-order products. XFlow helps us retain sales that might have been lost. It's easy to configure and send out personalized email alerts to both customers and our own team members. And the support team has been nothing short of fantastic!
