Tried reaching out to support. Says they would respond within 25 minutes yet I followed up and 6 hours late nothing. The links within the app said to read support document that doesn't actually exist.

Hi, I fixed the document link (and sent you the currect link). You sent the message at midnight here, so I can't reply fast. We don't have 24/7 support, online 15-16 hours per day
