Xorosoft is our source of truth for order processing, inventory, and accounting. What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. They're flexible, they listen, and they grow alongside us. That's rare in an ERP.

Xorosoft have been fantastic with integrating our shopify website for ease of sending out orders. The integration for Gift cards is a time saver and makes life much easier so that we have an accounting record for all transactions.

Xorosoft has been a great partner and the integration with shopify has made our lives a lot easier. Managing order flows between our ecommerce site and orders from our non-ecommerce channels has been easy and having Xorosoft as our source truth for all orders makes reporting much easier. Plus the real-time integration with shopify payouts makes it much easier to reconcile everything in Xoro.

This app is great at managing complex inventory needs and is capable of managing bill of materials with multiple levels. It is exactly what we need for our inventory.

"I've worked with a few different ERP softwares with Shopify over the years. Xorosoft is great! It is a welcome alternative to NetSuite. I have some frustrations with the financial reporting and transaction management. There is very little flexibility in regards to transaction coding and updating. The financial reporting is limited and but functional. I simply export the reports and format externally which is quite simple. The inventory reporting seems great! Overall the integration with Shopify has been super stable and easy to manage. I'm very pleased with our decision to choose Xorosoft.

The gift card sync works like a charm, and my orders and refunds are updated in real-time. It’s saved me so much time, especially with the Shopify Markets for international orders. I can also manage my warehouse and inventory using Xorosoft with one ERP, instead of using many different platforms that don't play nicely together. A great solution for e-comm!

Live inventory changes happening in XoroERP are sent instantly to Shopify – without any manual intervention! Stock is always accurate now and I never have to worry about my site displaying incorrect inventory.

Seemless integration with Shopify store. We have had some issues but the customer support team was on top of it and made sure our (sales and inventory) records are accurate! I recommend this app and would like to thank Navneet for his hard work and ongoing support.
