Final Review: Happy with Pankaj's support. He has guided me to verify the import as well and I can confirm that all my products are correctly imported. I reserved one star for not having an option to import inactive products without contacting support - and because of the exposed login method. Review #2: For the past two days, have been in touch with Pankaj to resolve the issues one by one. As he mentioned, the initial issue was caused to API issues with Amazon and proceeded to import all products in stock. However, there is a caveat (as also mentioned in support documentation) - the app does not import out of stock/inactive products, and the only way to do that is by requesting on email. There's also a security flaw in the plugin. Logging in with the store URL exposes the dashboard of the tool without any other auth. This means that settings can be tampered with for known stores who are using this app. This isn't a big problem for me as I am using it only for import and will remove it post the import. However, I plan to use it on several other of my stores - and this raises a valid security issue. Review #1: The tool failed to connect to our amazon.com superadmin account - showing an error after redirecing from the amazon.com permissions page as follows: "There was an error...Please try again." If this was such as generic issue - please add it to FAQ

I've been happy with the easy of transfer from Amazon to Shopify. I am still trying understand how Shopify syncs with amazon to maintain my inventory.

I used this app a few years ago to sync nearly 1000 SKUs from my Amazon store to my then newly established Shopify store. It went flawlessly! I recently needed to update pricing and add a few more SKUs so I reached out to their Tech Support as I wanted to do a bulk updating. Ruhit quickly responded. If you are ever in need of support, and if Ruhit is the person that responds, you reached the real deal as this person was awesome! Ruhit quickly took care of all of the syncing of prices and SKUs for me. The app is awesome and so is their technical support. Well done!

Great. My request was for nearly 20,000 individual products moved from Amazon to my own shopify shop. With there being so many I contacted the app people direct and they carried out the task. The great thing and the main reason I used them rather than uploading the CSV file from Amazon is that the product images come over with the product details with this App but does not with the CSV file. This was a mammoth task I asked of them and I am very pleased. On occasion when I emailed the contact at the App, they got back almost immediately and it was always with the answer to the question, and not being fobbed off. So in summary; a very good app, saved me hours and hours of work, files are now on my own shop and I have full control of my sales. Not to mention the low price given the hours it saves. Thank you.

Great idea. It did not work first time - one particular variation intensive item did not show up. I contact Rohit and he got it working, but then I messed things up and had to contact him again. They fixed it and actually did the import and links for me. Great service. Since they are in India, there may be a day delay in getting help, but they have been great.

Great app！I have over 1500 SKUs on Amazon. And it helps me import easily and fast. All variants and images work great. Just one click. And it also can sync the price and inventory. The support response in 24 hours. And solve all my problems perfect.

Very nice plugin and AMAZING customer service. They have been able to setup automatic imports for us once a day and now whatever we add to our Amazon account - gets transferred to our Shopify website automatically. That is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

App worked perfectly fine! You can contact their customer support for immediate help if you have any issues. They are very responsive and also allows any customization to the app - E.g. automated mark-up

Tools works great for new listing. If the Amazon side changes, then the import will stop. But Rohit was able to fix it next day.

Overall good app. The only real issue is if your list variations on Amazon make sure you import all at the same time. Otherwise they will be stuck later on and you will need to email support. However, support has been nothing but great.

Rohit Khariwal is so patient, and answered all my uestion, helped me loaded all the listings, makes my work so easy. I am not good with computer, thanks for your help. Really appratiated. Very recommend this apps.

I have NEVER had better customer service from a software company. NEVER! I required some customizations, and working with them felt like I had my own personal developer. They were simply wonderful.

I've been using this app to import all my amazon listings to Shopify and it never failed. Good choice among the other available methods

Great app, very quick and easy. Saves us hours of time doing it manually. Support is very responsive replied within the hour and also very helpful.
