This works excellent for allowing our different vendors to be informed of our daily orders. Combine that with their wonderful customer service reps (Danielle) and it is a homerun!

This app is great. We thought our template requirements were going to make it difficult to get orders into our accounting software but the eShopAdmin team made it easy. The support team is quick to respond to any questions and was always able to adjust the templates to our needs. Highly recommended.

This app has been able to do everything we need it to do so far, and I don't see that changing at any time. The customer service has been second-to-none. Each time I've contacted them with questions about the application, they answer them quickly and also offer to help me set up the template to make sure it's done correctly. What more can you ask for? If you want an app to help you run customizable reports for your store, then there is no need to look further than this app.

Just looked at my last review, and couldn't have said it better. This time round with Harjeet and Jason - both excellent. Needed to extract data based on individual products' tags. So grateful for the fast and knowledgeable response. And, btw, using Xporter since Dec 2017.

This app is wonderful. It allows us to automatically up load files to and FTP and to narrow in and get the data we need. On top of that their customer service is absolutely incredible. Adam was more than willing to help, not only did he answer my questions but answered questions I didn't think to ask! Couldn't be happier with the service.

This is a great tool for gathering data beyond standard Shopify reporting. Worth taking the time to learn how to use. Their support team was very helpful as well.

Xporter is Xtremely useful for us and we use it on the daily to schedule reports for email and we extract plenty of specific, quite granular data on an ad-hoc basis too — re: Customers, Orders, Refunds etc. etc. — none of which we could get so easily from Shopify directly or from any other 3rd-party source, and certainly not with the Xceptional support from the most Xcellent support team. Love them, love their work! Love this app!

The support team of Xporter provides excellent customer service. I was very pleased with their live chat support! They made the change to the settings during the live chat, and everything works perfectly! The tool has a lot of features that would make file transfer and report generations processes are much more simple for your company. I would definitely recommend this application just because of its customer service support and responsiveness to users needs. 5 stars!

This is by far the most useful tool we have in our store. Developers are extremely helpful when setting up and maintaining feeds. We're now able to import orders into our accounting system and export for bazaarvoice syndication.
