Xporter Data Export & Reports

I've had this app for about two years now, ever since it was first available on Shopify. This is a must have if you feel like Shopify's reporting system is lacking or not providing with data that is crucial for your business. We run a clothing store that has many different variants, sizes, colors and we needed something a lot more advanced. My lack of liquid knowledge really made it difficult to pull important data, but with the accommodating support from Xporter, they were able to cater to my shopify store's needs. Now that these reports I need are automated, I am saving so much time. Please give it a try. You won't regret it!

I highly recommend this app. A true data geek will love the ability to get any data out of Shopify any way you want it. The support is top-notch and highly responsive.

This app it a must have to expand your business. It has allowed us to work with vendors via csv and get better understanding of repeat business, daily refunds and so much more! Customer service is amazing and super fast.

I don't think I would have launched my Shopify store if I didn't come across this app, or at least I would have had huge headaches. Several months before building our site I reached out to Adam to find a way to export our orders, customized to how our warehouse wanted it. He told me it could be done when many others I reached out to, said it couldn't. Adam was courteous, friendly and extremely responsive to any question I had, big or small. When we finally launched our store, I reached out to let him know and he had our solution up and running in just ONE day. I am simply amazed at his talent and resourcefulness. Even my warehouse was surprised at the elegance and simplicity of the solution we came up with. Everything is working perfectly and I am so, so happy at the huge weight of our shoulders. I want to thank Adam and his team for working with us, and for being such a champion to help small businesses succeed. I know I am only scratching the surface with this app for now, as I dig deeper, I know the capabilities will surpass my expectations. Again, this is an app that I cannot do business without.

These guys are awesome! Adam patiently worked with me and customized a script EXACTLY the way we wanted it. He saved me tons of time by doing this for me while I worked on other things. In fact, we need yet another feed and Adam has already let me know that he is ready to go when I have the requirements. The app works perfectly and like clockwork. It does exactly what it's supposed to. I highly recommend these guys. Great service, great product!

This app is very powerful and dynamic, though somewhat steep in it's learning curve, and has allowed us to get idiosyncratic reports that were essential to my client's business. Every support e-mail I've sent has been met with a response with someone expertly knowledgable, paying close attention to the minutiae of what I was trying to do with it when I was stumped. Plus, the creator of this app is a really friendly, great guy. Highly recommended.

I wrote an email 3 times this month (different days) because I need a customization of some fields. Never receive an answer...finallyI deleted the app.

Best Shopify App I have used soo far! Adam support is great, he really goes above and beyond to help you get suet-up and use the apps for your specific needs. I have found that most of the Shopify apps lack basic features that makes them difficult to work with our store (10,000 products). This app allows us to really use Shopify to it's full potential. After the initial learning curve you can really see how powerful this app can be.

This app is exactly what I was looking for, with our exports we have very specific needs and it filled every one of them. When I couldn't figure something out, support was there in no time to save the day.

This app is awesome! We've been trying to export some data from Shopify for a while and this app makes it SO easy. It's a bit complex to set up a report but their support team is amazing. Adam was very responsive and helped out to do exactly what we wanted, great buy!

Great App, Great Support. I needed a robust solution for creating custom spreadsheets for input into couriers shipping software. Shopify's order export was no where near capable of handling what was required. I searched and found a few solutions which were all in excess of 200$ a month. I had almost given up hope when I come across Xporter and was then instantly blown away by the depth but also ease of use of the app. The price of 45$ (for the maximum gold package) is also great considering that Xporter is now in integral part of my store and shipping solution. The amazing thing with the gold package is that you can generate custom data using liquid code for anything from anything! I needed a few pointers with implementing this and the support I got from Adam was great. He knew exactly what I needed and helped me achieve it very quickly and accurately. Cant recommend this app enough for anyone who needs custom comprehensive reports generated for any aspect of their Shopify store. 5 Stars!

Xporter was critical for our shop as we needed to collect required information from each of our members. The Xporter team was ultra-responsive and helped us launch our store in full-force very, very quickly. Highly recommend.

That's a great app with a great support team. I'm using it on 3 of my websites and it's just perfect. Plus the support team is very helpfull if you need to set really specific filters or conditions on your reports, they will gladly help you raising your goal. A must have.

One thing that I must say about this app and its company is the customer support. I'd give five stars just for that. Adam was amazing in answering my questions in a timely manner. No automatic emails to clutter my mailbox, just a nice email with clear cut instructions on how to fix whatever issues I had. Besides that, the app is EXACTLY what we needed for our store. Can be customized to be anything that you want it to be. Might need a bit of fooling around (or emails to and from Adam :-)) to get the idea of whats going on, but once you get the hang of it, (which took me less than a day) this app is amazing. Thank You EDIT: So, after using this app and needng a ton of custom help, Adam was at his best again! the warehouse I needed to send my orders to is using an entire different system. Adam programmed my entire system from scratch and didnt bat an eyelash. Didnt ask for any hidden support fees or anything. And he is always fixing the minor bugs that the warehouse causes within a couple of minutes!!! I would give a 100 stars if possible...

I've set up a lot of apps lately, and my experience with Xporter's customer support is by FAR the best I've experienced. Prompt, thorough, polite, professional. Couldn't be happier.

Sweet reporting tool, and 5 star customer service! You can get at EVERYTHING (including metafields) as far as Shopify Data. Reports can be general, scheduled, viewd, email,etc... from general reports all the way to extremely granular. JOIN feature came in handy for snugging up white space in reports. Can be a little tricky to get your desired output once you get down to the granular level, but with this kind of power, would you expect anything else? When it gets tricky is where the incredible customer service comes in. Liq-AD-Split responses (even on Sundays) and friendly as hell (Adam, and now Anne as well). Worked perfect for generating reports for our finance department, for order fulfillment work-flow, etc... All around great experience. Thank you! Jason @ the Minnesota Historical Society.
