Really powerful report generation tool. We run a whole series of dashboards based on these reports. The best part? The support staff - worked with several team members, most recently - as in 30 seconds ago - with Max. FIVE STARS again, and every time!

This was our first time working with Xporter. Considering our ERP is rather antiquated, we were up and running within a couple of days. I can't praise them enough for their quick replies, expert knowledge, and their ability to onboard painlessly. Our team loved Xporter's dashboard. Looking forward to doing more business with Xporter.

This app has the quickest response time from the most helpful support team I've ever encountered. The app itself is easy to use and pretty intuitive.

Jason supported us with a microsite report set up recently. He responded to our inquiry quickly, completed our request quickly and made last minute changes to the report we needed quickly. Jason and the Xporter team support their customers with great communication, speed and excellent work. Could not recommend more highly!

During our Good Morning America event, Xporter seamlessly exported thousands of orders, offering a cost-effective solution that worked right out of the box, eliminating the need for expensive alternatives such as ShipStation. Additionally, their live chat support, especially Jason, was invaluable in assisting us with customizing the reports to meet our specific requirements. I highly recommend Xporter for its efficient order management capabilities and excellent customer support.

Have used this app for years and it does a great job producing our monthly reporting. Necessary modifications and tweaks to reporting come up periodically and the Xporter team has been all over it. Harjeet and company have been quick, responsive, and professional with the service they provide.

I heavily rely on Xporter to provide me with our sales and returns data in order for me to post & reconcile in our accounting system. I have these reports set to automatically generate and email to me every day, and when I noticed I didn't receive the sales order email I reached out to support via chat where they acted immediately and were able to fix the issue! Amazing customer support!!!

We have relied on this app for years to transform our order data into a format that is compatible with our old internal database software. Without this app we would have no way to import our orders into our internal system and process them. We sell all customized items so there is much data within each order, with many variables and customizations. If we ever need assistance, their support is prompt to resolve any issues or answer any questions. Highly recommend.

We have two Shopify stores and use this app daily from both to export our orders in the exact format required for upload by our 3PL warehouse. Jason has been incredibly helpful, helping us use metafields which pull into the export file so it doesn't require any editing before we send it to the warehouse. This app saves us SO MANY man hours. Thank you!

Xporter app is the best application to create custom export reports for all Shopify related data. The support team is amazing! Always responsive, very knowledgeable, and resourceful. We reached out to Xporter team many-many times with requests to make various changes, improvements, add clauses and conditions to reports, and never had any issues getting what we need because of the application functionality and extensive support from the application team. I recommend this application because of everything it offers - system wise and support wise as well. If you have complex export jobs that have to be automated, Xporter is the solution to go!
