Xporter app is the best application to create custom export reports for all Shopify related data. The support team is amazing! Always responsive, very knowledgeable, and resourceful. We reached out to Xporter team many-many times with requests to make various changes, improvements, add clauses and conditions to reports, and never had any issues getting what we need because of the application functionality and extensive support from the application team. I recommend this application because of everything it offers - system wise and support wise as well. If you have complex export jobs that have to be automated, Xporter is the solution to go!

We've used this app for years, and their support is so helpful! The templates offer a good variety of options for customized reports, and if you have any questions or issues, their support team will be on it in minutes! In the age of huge software companies responding to cases months later, or ignoring them completely, customer service like this is a breath of fresh air. Definitely worth the money, and so helpful for all of our monthly reporting.

Received excellent support in building a custom report for our team to pull orders to submit to our warehouse twice a day. Jason was quick and responsive to all of our asks and questions and set up the report we needed to reduce manual work in excel on our end.

We have been using Xporter now for a couple years with great success and ease. The customer care team is very responsive and provides exceptional follow through. Great customer support! We needed to make custom reports requiring a lot of liquid columns in order to print out labels for the Japan post, but none of the people on our team can code. Big shout out to Max, who was super kind in setting up the custom columns so quickly! Thank you!!

I can't believe I lived without the app. These reports are so much more useful that Shopify's default reports. Full flexibility, so far I have got everything I have needed from these reports - access to all the columns and elements to modify and build my own reports. It is a MUST HAVE for all stores.

I had questions about pulling sales data from certain tagged line items 5minutes after installing the app. The support team answered me withing seconds, created a template of the report, and answered all my questions straight away. It works perfectly for what I need, and the support team is excellent!

Xporter is a fantastic solution for managing data and generating insightful reports that you can't get out of Shopify natively. Scheduling reports has been great for our weekly reporting purposes, and the Modd team has been super quick and helpful with assistance in configuring custom reports. Great addition to any store looking for a more comprehensive view of its data!

Xporter app has highly customized reporting capabilities needed for any sized shopify brand. Support chat is super responsive and helpful with any custom request. Mandeep was super helpful in helping to set up automated reports for a specific recurring time period.
