Es hat unserem Unternehmen viele Stunden an Arbeit gespart, ich habe viele Apps zum Exportieren benutzt, das ist jedoch die beste App zum Exportieren. Der Kundenservice war für ein Onboarding leicht zu erreichen. Es wurde alles erklärt und sogar von deren seite aus hergestellt. Falls ich eine Frage hatte wurde innerhalb 5 minuten ein Live Meeting vereinbart wo man es dann Live mit dem Experten besprechen konnte

Wonderful! Don't ask any questions — just get it! Our Shopify store deals with a lot of inventory and we need to sort by date. This app allows you to sort products by date and their customer service is very responsive and fast. 1000/10 would recommend! It might be a little unintuitive at first, but the support is very helpful.

This is a great tool with a robust feature set. The customer support is also excellent for help making customizations.

Great tool for pulling data from Shopify. If you've ever felt limited by the exports that Shopify gives you by default this is the app for you. We use a lot of Metafields across products, customers and orders. This tool enables us to export that information in a way that Shopify's own reporting doesn't. More than that, we are able to set up send schedules to automatically generate files to take some of the manual legwork out of it. The best thing about this app though is the customer service. Every time I've messed something up or had an issue that I can't fix myself I've been able to contact the developers and they always help, quickly and efficiently. really top tier support for merchants. Can't speak highly of them enough.

The app works great and allows me to export line items details I can’t do natively. I had a problem with my query taking a long time to return results. I contacted the online support and received excellent assistance. Now my query results are generated instantly.

I have been using this app for years with rarely any issues with the daily export of my orders. When there has been a rare problem, they have been prompt with fixing the issue.

We have been using Xporter for three years and couldn't run our business without it. We primarly use it as our integration tool with our accounting system and have never had a problem with it. We can write data out to any format we need. Must have app with Shopify.

Overall a very good app. They get 5 stars for customer support for sure. Their live chat will get you instant help and they'll stay with you till they solve your problem. If it's something they can do, they'll do it right away.

As someone who is not tech savvy, this app is extremely easy to use. There was an update that needed to be made to the destination of the ongoing reports that was updated within minutes, thanks to their great customer service team. CS has been helpful with every question I have along the way with clear instructions and screenshots.

Nice app to automate daily download of order information. I can email or ftp the files. Pretty easy to create templates and schedule the job.

This app gets the job done. The native Shopify order export couldn't do what we need. Great support via chat.
