As someone who is not tech savvy, this app is extremely easy to use. There was an update that needed to be made to the destination of the ongoing reports that was updated within minutes, thanks to their great customer service team. CS has been helpful with every question I have along the way with clear instructions and screenshots.

Nice app to automate daily download of order information. I can email or ftp the files. Pretty easy to create templates and schedule the job.

We installed the Xporter app to communicate between our Shopify inventory and the software that we use to control our warehouse stock levels. We initially operated it on a B2B platform, configuration with our SFTP was simple & it's been running for roughly a year, unhindered, on a schedule that allows us to control frequency. We were so happy with how the application performed that we again used it on a second store, this time a B2C platform and as such it required a bit more work upon initial installation. This is where Jason and his team came to the fore — The configuration for the second store was more challenging in how we needed the export to be formatted and thus, we needed some custom configuration. Responses were swift even when not reciprocated on our side and Jason solved the issue we were facing whilst neither losing his patience nor willingness to assist despite multiple changes in how we tweaked the CSV output. As far as applications go, it does what we need, but it would be as a result of the exceptional customer service that I'd recommend it for any future projects.

On our Shopify store, we have created variable bundles allowing our customer's to build their own unique products. Consequently, as our sales have increased the amount of time we were consuming inputting the unique products into Netsuite was becoming overwhelming. Until we discovered Jason & Callun from Xporter in which we could not recommend enough for all the repetitive emails, coding and patience to create the perfect CSV upload for us. We will certainly be contacting Jason & Cullen for any future assistance. Thanks :)

The best part of this app is the outstanding customer service. They are extremely helpful in setting up what needs to be set up for exporting data from our store. Would recommend this APP to anyone looking for a simple way to export shopify data (specifically liquid fields)

This app really fills the holes where Shopify experts or other data exports lack. Love it. Recommend it! Their support team is very quick and helpful too. Back again! Just wanted to reiterate how extremely supportive the staff is. If you need help creating a report they are quick to provide. Always a good experience.

This application has been integral in our businesses and the support Xporter provides has always been very good. They are usually very responsive and always helpful. UPDATE: 3 years later and we're still a daily user of this app. The latest app updates are very helpful and the support is always on point. Very pleased.

Outstanding support. Jason is excellent. We use this app to pull all our reports with orders that have custom personalization. Jason walked me thru the ton of options. This is truly an huge time saver for us. We could not operate without it. Kudos to the team at Xporter - fantastic app!

This is a very powerful tool for everything from simple reports to highly complex, automated reporting. The UX isn't the most intuitive but the support team more than makes up for it though excellent communication and expert issue-resolution.

I used the live chat to join the product and variant SKU information to output as unique lines so that the data could easily be imported. Process was quick, easy to chat and my issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. I continue to use the live chat, makes report building easier, October 2023
