Major major issue is BAD customer support. There is no point of contact. Incident 1: My bulk packages that were required for an exhibition were misplaced and no one helped. I looped in multiple internal folks, made calls to normal customer support, but no one even gave the number of delivery centre. I then physically went to 4 locations everyone sending me to the other location saying that the package is on the other centre. It's a complete mess. Incident 2: Their centre is constantly charging extra weight incorrectly, I wrote to their executives but no positive resolution. Incident 3: Similarly they have a techinical issue where they don't initiate mail to customer on shipping updates, which is part of shopify api and is done by all other providers. I wrote to them over email explaining how it can be solved but no response. Really bad customer service. Recommend staying away. It's better to pay 20 extra rs to shiprocket.
