I cancelled my subscription on January 23, 2026, yet I was still charged again on January 29. I’ve emailed multiple times and received no response. This charge was unauthorized, and I’ve now had to dispute it with my bank. Very disappointing experience, especially since I was considering using the service again in the future. Poor billing practices and lack of customer support.
